ABV 4.8% Konig Ludwig Weiss (The King): A light golden color, with a typical white, fine-bubbled and lasting head. The fist taste suggests quite a zesty, citrusy bier, with lots of lemon, orange and lime notes, plus a little bit of fizz. Melowing into a smoother, bubblegum and vanilla flavor, though still with plenty of lemon. Finish is citrusy and a little spicy (cloves), with a sharp, zesty aftertaste on the tongue. ABV 5.5% Paulenr Lager: Bright gold in color, with a rich, true, all-natural flavor. A pronounced grainy malt character, with smooth grassy butter in the mouth. The hops give it a balanced bitter-lemon cleanliness that lasts through to the end. Gooseberry notes are also present. Finish is refreshing with a hint of vanilla, leading to a long hoppy, malty but clean aftertaste. ABV 4.9% Berghoff Dark: This deep mahogany Euro-style lager has a nice balance of malts and hopps, which lend to the full-flavored body and mild aroma. It has a pleasantly malt-fruity palate, with touches of chocolate, and some hoppy bitterness coming through at the end. ABV 5.4% Come join us: 1132 Auburn St. Rockford, IL.
