Jaeger Schnitzel - $16.95 Lean pork cutlets marinated in white wine and spices, grilled and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. Hildesheimer Liver Sausage - $13.95 This sausage is coarse chopped. It is delicatley smoke with hard wood. Thueringer Blutwurst (Blood Sausage) - $13.95 It is rich in vitamins ... Bits of ham fat, pork, liver and onions are carefully blended.
